A buddy of mine has a 73 Newport Custom, coupe with a 400ci and mostly new interior. All power windows and locks with A/C.
He picked it up on eBay and its amazingly clean and tight for a car of it age. The doors close and latch like it was brand new and there is no rust in it anywhere. Someone must have had this in a garage in Arizona or something for the last 30 years.
He put a 4bbl intake and carb on it and had the seats recovered. Other than that its appears to be all original. He was going to do a complete custom resto-mod to it but doesn't have the time or money now with running his body shop.
