WANTED Dome light fixture for 1973 C body

Hi C-body People,

I'm looking for a new dome light fixture for my 1973 Town and Country. As I understand, three types will fit the 1973 models: 1) with map light switch, 2) with an argent-colored plate where the map light switch would have gone, and 3) full plastic lens.

Does anyone have a working spare in good condition?

Also, what type bulb do Types 1 and 2 take -- they have the bulb type that is fat in the middle but with thin contacts at either end. 3 uses a 211-2.
