Not to be picky, but those are sheet metal, not wood screws, and fasten to the inner door steel.

I had to use my original screws as the ones they gave were short.

I bought a whole bag of those screws in stainless steel for less than anyone was selling "Mopar armrest screws" for.

And I seem to remember that the screws screwed into a plastic insert correct?

On armrests that had pulled out and stripped out the plastic would require a larger diameter screw from the local hardware store for a easy fix.

There should be a metal clip in the door that the sheet metal screws go into.
