Not to be picky, but those are sheet metal, not wood screws, and fasten to the inner door steel.

And I seem to remember that the screws screwed into a plastic insert correct? On armrests that had pulled out and stripped out the plastic would require a larger diameter screw from the local hardware store for a easy fix.
