Will a front bumper from a 1969 Chrysler 300 fit a 1970 Chrysler 300?

Yes. ‘69, ‘70, and ‘71 should be the same. Bumpers from New Yorkers and Newports will fit except that they have cut outs for turn signals beneath the headlights.

1971 300 front bumpers are NOT the same as the 69 & 70 - they will fit tho.
71 300 bumpers have the turn signals in the bumper
71 300 bumpers have the turn signals in the bumper
I'm wondering IF you change the front bumper, you might ALSO need to change the complete grille assy too?
Many things might themselves bolt into the same place as another similar item, BUT what bolts to them might need to "match", too? Sometimes, too, there might be just enough subtle change in contours to make it not look right.
