I know Bob but take a look at the condition of the pulleys in that cross ram beast and if you're showing me a pic of your 413 I don't have to tell you what happens when cast iron rings sit in the same spot in cast iron cylinders for years and years without moving? ie: boat anchor
 
Pulled to replace the sparkplugs?

No need to pull the horse for that duty. All the '60+ '61 +'63 + '64 factory Cross Ram cars had removable access panels built into the inner fenders on both sides for that. Works way better when you get 'um in the air and remove the front tires 1st tho'. Piece-ah-cake, Jer

Look at that cylinder head and valve cover. Wow way off. A 1960 didn’t have an alternator, only valiant and Imperial.
