Hello everyone,

Just picked up a 60 Plymouth Suburban. Car is a project and the pressed board headliner is warped with some sections gone.
Where can you find replacement panels or any creative solutions ?
Thanks !

Some people make new 'boards' out of heavy-ish Hard Board or Composite board.
Hard board is a composite wood product that seems to be halfway between cardboard and plywood

It's available in 4x8 sheets at Lowes or Home Depot, usually in the same aisle as plywood, up by the sheets of wood paneling.

Masonite might work also.

collectorsautosupply lists 4x8 sheets of perforated headliner board, unpainted. There is no picture of the actual board and the description is not very clear. It is $316.97.

REM Automotive, INC Fit perfect on my 64.
