does anyone know where a guy can find a set of rear drum brakes for a 67 dodge polar, or even just a part number that I could research?

Not to sound like the *** behind the counter but in this case it's true...
Model type?
Engine?

I use RockAuto as the ideal source to figure out exactly who makes what for a specific car. Yours.
Then I buy them at Advance...

Commando1 that's pretty funny, it is just a base model polara, pardon my spelling in the original post. it has a 383 2bbl. I also looked at rockauto but all of theirs are for the front. But after some heavy duty research and a bunch time on the web, I have found that I can get the same drum with all the right dimensions at just about anywhere but they are labeled under front drums. im not sure why, or if they are different at all but it might be worth a shot

Front and rears are totally different! Rears slide over the studs front have them built in and need bearings and such. If you have I think 11" drums with the 3" shoes I have a set I only used about 300 miles before I put rear disc in. Double check is same a 68 300 convertible. Pay shipping you can have them I have no use for them. Only issue is cost of shipping cuz they are so heavy. I bought them at a local autozone which surprisingly they had on the shelves.

If you plan on keeping the car...getting a parts catalog on CD from Bishko (about $25-$35) will be your biggest tool in the toolbox. Makes it so much easier to find parts with the factory part numbers.

The website must be doing maintenance.

This is what mine looks like...

Thanks 67bigred I'm sorry I was pretty vague, I went to the auto parts stores (oriellysauto, auto zone, and napa) they all said the part doesn't even show up in their stuff, so I went online and rock auto doesn't either. So then I did some research and found the part number on bendix website and started my search, in which I found the part numbers at autozone and oriellysauto but call them front drums, the pics are exactly what came off of the back. Did they make a 2.5 inch front drum or did they just come in 2.75 and 3.0 inches.
