These are a pair of torsion bar adjuster bolts, and block that are used in the lower control arms, of the Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, Full size Mopar automobiles in the 60's and early 70's.
Good threads on the bolt, and block. I ran a tap and dye, over them both, to make sure of that.
Nice parts for guys that are working on cars in the rust bucket states, here in the USA.
