Strange with no engine sounds but they do scat!
We tested electric motorcycles at the Army Test Center at APG for the Special Operations Forces. Unbelievable amount of torque from a dead stop. Special Forces love it because they can infiltrate virtually silent.

You haven't seen the generators that the military uses.....
Some can power a small city.

I can't wait to hang out in the pits, watching them rewind their armatures between rounds...
I've seen some all-electric vehicles racing. It's boring. So much so that I left until the real cars came back out. Also, the noise from these EVs running the track hurt my ears. I know that sound weird, but the high pitched tire screech and whatever else hurts my ears.
