This is NOS, never installed, but I do not have the original box, and there are some light scratches and blemishes. This is the closure only, I do not have any stainless edging or hardware.
I had planned on painting a fresh coat of Argent Silver to make it match the rest of the surround. I purchased this a few years ago thinking it would fit my 1970 300, but it does not. This may fit 1970 New Yorker/Newport, but check you part numbers to make sure.
