What about this part (axle shaft retainer / clip) MOTIVE GEAR 3833322:

Where does it go? No kits as far as I can tell contain it.

this looks like the "C" clip (retainer) from a 9.25. 8.75 uses nothing like this.

Or possibly an 8 1/4 rear.

But definitely not in an 8 3/4.

How did you search? In the part-number search yea I can plug in "set7" and see the timken show up, but how do you search for bearings based on size or based on axle (8.75) ?

1) google- punched in "1967 monaco rockauto"
2) on the site picked 383
3) then picked "brake & wheelhub"
4) then " wheel bearing"
Nothing to do with rear axle. But some of the listing's state which axle they'll fit.
