You would think sometime in it's restoration/handling someone with talent could fix/align the rear bumper correctly, I know this car is not a concourse restoration but fixing this tweak is not that hard.

Seeing a handy fire extinguisher to me doesn't really instill confidence in mechanical work done IMHO.
Could it be the add on A/C and maybe some questionable under dash wiring? (butt & 3M splice connectors)

Having a fire extinguisher handy isn't a bad thing. this 69 Road Runner I'm working on caught fire due to a leaking valve cover gasket. Luckily for the owner a passing motorist had one and prevented much worse damage.
