Another task on my '66 300 sitting for 30 years. I am replacing the master brake. I see I can buy the master and the vacuum booster together. Should I just replace the 2 together?

Yes. I would replace brake hoses/wheel cylinders too if it was sitting for 30 years.

Regarding the booster it depends on where it was sitting and especially if it leaked brake fluid into the booster, in most cases they work properly, only had an issue once with a car where the p.o filled up brake fluid to hold the level in the reservoir over months literally flooding the booster by doing so. The rest of the brake system as mentioned before should be overhauled in any case.

Thanks guys. Yes I plan on replacing the hoses and wheel cylinders. It has been stored inside all this time. I will check out and see if it leaked into the booster.

The front drums are locked up but I was suprised that the emergency brake still works on the rear brakes.
