My 1971 Monaco does have a little bit rust in her right rear fender. Repair part needed, fender or 4-door quarter panel. (If there's any in this universe).

If what you show in the pic is all there is you don't need a quarter panel. You can fab a patch panel for that small an area pretty easily.
