What year cars were these you did? Were they already power assisted (booster) and did you retain the drum booster or swap it out? Thanks.

66 Newport and 68 300. both had power drums. I didn't change either booster

I did this on my 68 Chrysler T/C wagon. Was a factory power drum brake car. I did change the booster, and MC. Believe I commented on this in another thread.
It is a a huge difference over stock drums. I would not hesitate to do it again if required.
