My car has an incorrect Trim Tag Screw (right side). Anyone have a spare proper one they could part with? Thx

Above the right hand screw is stamped "38". What does that indicate?

I can't help with the screw but the 38 is a typical inspection stamping. Someone did their job, inspected something and punched the tag to show they did their job. Numerous numbers exist.
