I never saw this before... Are these really twin tires? Looks strange!

The quad tires are a very unusual and desirable feature, tow tires on each rim with independent air chambers.

How the hell do you mount and balance something like that? The Toyota motorhomes of the early '80s had a similar setup for the rear tires/wheels. VERY difficult to mount and balance.

Two narrow tires aren't going to increase the load carrying capacity over one standard wide tire.
It gets more stupid the more I think about it.

I watched a great documentary last night called Craigslist Joe (highly recommended).
There is one character in the documentary who is a perfectly normal young gal who earns a living as a dominatrix.
Many of the men who come to her want her to kick them in the balls.
She said she doesn't understand it but does it because she wants to find out WhyTF they want it done.
She said it was stupid.

So, Stan. . . I guess the Mecum Auto Auction wasn't racy enough for you last nite?

Think I won't replace mine when my 25 year old set bites the dust. However you have to pay for TV and radio as a mandatory fee to the state for public radio and TV service since this year. Damn communists, and they mostly copy the same bs shows the free private stations have.

Got rid of TV almost two months ago. Haven't missed it for one second.

I hear ya. . . I'm down to watching only two or three channels myself. The Velocity channel for the Gearhead stuff, FOX News (of course) and a local Washington, DC channel in the AM for the weather. Truth be told, I could probably do without any of it.

Just recently stopped reading the Washington Post on the train altogether. I am so totally pissed with their leftist crapola. . . I was getting depressed. . .
