Yep. And Sergio Marchionne was charged with leading the corruption with the UAW.
Maybe he was use to operating like that elsewhere in the world but it’s illegal here. Ever since the whole Enron corruption and the resulting Sarbanes Oxley Act we had been preached at about this stuff even when working in 3rd world countries where bribery and theft is common place.
