Finally the first project is finished in the shop. I'm really digging the improved lights. I have always loved the 1970 300 tail lights. Of course when I was done ice cream was needed. Next project on the Vert is pulling the dash repairing the gauges

Looks good! Agree. I love the 300 taillights too. Both '70 and '71 look sharp IMO.

I'm guessing Newport to 300 rear bumper conversion.
BTW, That thing is clean, clean, clean! Not a spec of rust anywhere behind the bumper.

Very nice. Has anyone ever experimented with making a sequential light set up on the 70/71 300s? I think it would come out pretty unique and cool!

I haven't used them myself, but this company makes universal electronic modules which can be wired-in to add sequential turn signals to any car.

i put a set into an 81 imperial, i was very happy with it
I swapped Newport lites for 300 lites
I seriously gave that some consideration using an Imperial setup
