Cool piece of history for a 67 Polara owner. Probably not many of these around anymore.

I don't know about this plate but they're not asking a mint for it and Dodge Rebellion Operation 67 was an ad campaign in 67 for the Polara. Seems legit to me.

I think that is a well-preserved original, myself. Who would know what one looked like to fake one, anyway?
