You’ve come to the right place. As far as I know, almost twenty 1970 Polara ´vert owners are on FCBO. I own three. I bought one of the three (a white N-code with A35 towing package, one of 19 with 383-4 out of 842 1970 'verts produced) in Charlotte, North Carolina a couple of years ago:
