Probably the best place to put this (I kind of forgot this topic existed) but I've now bught a 1969 Plymouth Fury III convertible, repainted red with a black roof/interior and whitewall tyres. It's a long term committment, I picked it and I'm going to stick with it rain or shine 
Hopefully all my inevitable questions won't get too annoying, I've worked on old UK Fords a lot in the past but when I owned a Pontiac a while ago all I ever had to do was replace the plugs and a speedo cable - so how C body cars go together and a lot of the American terminology for parts is a new area for me. I want to do as much myself as I can.
