What kind of paint or dye should be used to renovate the package tray

[1978 NYB]

The package tray in my 78 NYB is in good condition but very faded and has some of the PB3 blue color missing. Anyone know what to use to paint or dye it back to the original color?

I know a lot of guys are using the SEM color dye with good results. Google it, and you will come up with a lot of info on it.

Eastwood also has vinyl and fabric dye's in a few colors.

I just did my package tray, dash pad, seat shroud panels and will be doing other interior bits with SEM Colour Coat. Works great, I've used it in the past. I love it.
