Nope not AR. They look like the style from the early 80s that would have had wire baskets over them.

This is what I currently have and I like the looks of it but they have gotten pretty rusty and I have no resources to redo them.

Well.. yeah, i like the cop rims. I would actually paint them black too. My other thought would be to take off the dog dishes and put full cover moons on. You know, the salt flat wheelcovers!? The rust is coming out of the seam and i am in an apartment...so i dont really have the means to strip em right and repaint. I thought of getti g a sodablaster and then just goi g out into a lonely field somwhere and blasting them while on the car lol.
