I believe those are what we call “road wheels”

With those centers, those road wheels are correct for 1970 - 1974 C bodies and other MOPARS.

I was thinking those center caps only went to 1973?

W23 Class II 16-Slot Road Wheels 15x6 The original W23 wheels were the 1969 "Recall" wheels, which might explain the "Class II" designation?

The trim rings are however not for that application.
