Where did those 6 inches go?, Legroom in the rear of the Imperial 2 door hardtop is 6" less.

Just a thought, I noticed that the rear legroom in a 73 Imperial Le baron 2 door hardtop is 35.2" in the 4 Door it is 41.2". This is puzzling as the car is exactly the same length at 235.3"

Is the trunk (boot!) longer in the 2 door. there seems to be and increase in the capacity of nearly 2 cubic feet.. I don't have the dimensions of the trunk floor?

Well the specs do have a larger trunk on the 2 door.

It's all in the roof. Compare the 4 door to the 2 door C-pillar in relationship to the rear wheels and you'll see it.
