Jackson's wrecking yard closing and being cleared. Video of walk through.

A lot it can be purchased, anything that will come out in one piece and or is semi complete will be auctioned in May, I worked with its prior owner and have been through the yard many times.

Anyone know if there are any ebody parts? Half a car maybe?

I spotted a few C-bodies and B-bodies in the videos. This Polara looks interesting, wonder if it was a cop car.

Its a civilian 318 car. There's a few fuselage cars, but they are all on very sad shape, theres numerous 70-71 Polara's.

I'll dig through the pictures I took in about 2019...some were crushed in 2020.

I like to put this on in the back ground and watch the drone footage.

Last few days before the yard is closed and clearing begins, I've been hired by the company that now owns the yard to run equipment and provide labor in clearing the yard, so I may be able to save some stuff here and there.

The front grill on the '68 Monaco is easy enough to come off, looks to be in ok shape. I'd jump on that but I'd be looking for '67 stuff so I can't use it.. Any glass that could come out of that car I'd be interested in. The L trim at the front of the fenders I'd take. I'm thinking that the entire doors and front fenders are interchangable '67 - '68, I'd take the doors and fenders if they came off easy enough. That's a 3-hour drive for me, but I'd make the trip for that stuff. I wonder what the interior has. Can you get a pic of the fender tag?

If you spot a '67 Monaco / polara anywhere in that pile that would also be good. I'd also take some 15" rims if they were in ok shape.

i thought this yard closed up last autumn, now I see they were open during the summer. Odd that I only get posts from friends or forums when the weather is cold and wet.

Could've waivered the $10 entry fee. Are all those cars going to the crusher?
