What have I been saying, your points are well taken, anti-gun or not. Everybody in America needs to be armed, at home, in school, at all times. This is a different world were in, our Govt. let's these people in and they are a bomb waiting to pop. No one's safe in America anymore. Are you ready?
 
The Sun King (Louis XIV) declared France to be Catholic. Everyone in France had to be Catholic. Jews and protestants had to convert or leave France. If they chose to leave, they were allowed to leave with 10 Sou's. He was broke from his wars and needed the money.

Don't tell me religion built anything worthwhile as I am not buying what your selling. The European monarchies caused WWI and thus 20 years later WWII which murdered at minimum 100 million people. Religions enabled monarchs. That they were chosen by god goes back beyond the Egyptians. Japan was no different as they fought for Hirohito.

The USA has only worried about immigration when too many Catholics were coming in. Fact check that. We need to evict Muslim's world wide from every place they exist or they will continue their jihad until we do.
 
My new strategy is going to be, that when I am doing any business with anyone here in the USA, I am going to ask them if they are Muslim and if not, is the owner a Muslim. If they are, they are not getting my business. Tired of the BS that they are not all bad. My optional American money will not support jihadists.

Funny that a farmer is complaining about bugs. I figure farmers have consumed more bugs and rat feces per capita than anyone else. No cartoon needed.

Never was a farmer, but I had the misfortune of living in Houston specifically. What a rat hole that was. Not to mention the snakes, fire ants, wood roaches, lizards, and Gators. Or all the other crap.

Now you sound like a GI. Sorry to hear your tour was unfun. The inner loop around Houston is 50 miles in circumference. I think Houston's city limits or at least Harris counties, would exceed Delaware in area. There are 4x the people in Houston than Alaska. You saw a piece of a place and you were in the wrong one.
 
I'm good. I have many friends still living there, and they love to be teased about being the Baddest of the bad in Texas. Lizards, snakes, Woodroaches, Alligators. They are good natured people that enjoyed feeling sorry for me living as a Yankee. Back then half the Oilers were Huskers, and I reminded them of it all the time. (1985-1990)The worst part is, they referred to me as a Coon-***,, referring to my French last name. That Hurt! Lucky for them I was a Yankee!(Polite)

I lived in Spring, FM1960 and Northeast.

You Us people like to talk about the WWII. On Dresde, 4000 Tons of bombs were dropped on the city over 2 days in 1945. I think it's much more than 20 bombs.

France came to our aid in the revolution and gave us Lafayette. We are grateful. France honors our military graves better than any country on earth and we are grateful. We are a people that support France regardless of politics.

I very much prefer to visit Coon asses in LA than have them visit me here. They are of french decent but Louisiana did something to them. I'm not of French decent but I have a cousin that was born there, I don't hate anyone and I love spicy food. The Cajun story can be a entirely new story of the French in the New World. The old monarchies carried their inbred wars here.i

Very true, and t is sad to say how low the Germans and have sunk, with their lack of support. From what I read, The German People are up in arms, but the Gov't is not up to speed. Poland has closed their Borders. Good for them!

I sure don't want everyone armed. If they were what would be their skill set? A dozen hours in class and on the shooting range? No, thanks. Takes a lot longer to learn the proper way to hold a gun, then the stance, then sighting, then breathing and last how to squeeze the trigger. Then one can toss all that out the window once someone points an automatic AK-47 right at them. Panic will set in since there is no way to train for someone shooting at you. Probably a bunch of civilians killed by friendly fire.

There was a study of the NYPD and their accuracy when using their guns. It was eye opening. The chance of them hitting a suspect at 20 feet was around 20%. Bottom line it paid for the suspect to run away. In the Philippines the police are well known to actually hit more bystanders than actual thieves when the thieves run. So no having everyone have guns and thinking they can shoot is the same as thinking everyone with a driver's license can drive. I would say that 90% of the drivers out there know very little in how to drive and absolutely nothing in how to properly handle a car in an emergency.
