This the one from Connecticut correct? Why you giving up on it? I would love to get parts but that doesn't seem to be in the cards.

Yes it is . I was going to cut it up for the other projects . It's not as bad as the junkyard owner thought it was . It was somebodies baby . I put 1 plug wire on it , jumped the coil & it fired right up & ran great . Once it had some temp it was as smooth as glass . Trans fluid is pink but it went into drive & reverse & moved a few feet . Frame rails are clean , a few tears where someone put hooks to tie it down , other than that it's good.

Looks like someone put a fresh short block in it . Didn't check the heads to see what they are . Heads are light blue , short block looks like ford blue w/ a shiny chrome oil pan .

Dual exhaust has a little rust around the connections & on the tips . Otherwise like new .

Figured I'd give it a chance to be something before it became nothing . Came with a title . I think from Washington , need to put hands on it .

If it doesn't go most of the parts are allocated to the "fleet" . I think the nose without the grill & bumper will be up for grabs . I tend to hoard parts until I know I don't need them or won't use them . Guess that's why I have too much stuff .

Would be happy to make a package deal with the red one I have . Hell would love to make a package deal for them all & buy 1 mostly done . Like the one on here from Washington .

Let me know of any parts when you put that old car under. Thats very disappointing news.

I would like to put it together . Timing is bad & nobody else wants to step up . If I had a place to put it I would stick it there for a bit & find an interior . The rest is easy .

I mean I'm asking $1500 . I don't think that's out of line . I would say $1200 would take it . I have about $1000 in it plus a few odds & ends from my garage . $800 plus gas , tolls & trailer rental .

I see potential in the car too, but for me its too far away. By the time I add my own transport costs etc to it, its getting up there. I cant justify another big project when i have already got 10 project cars here plus customers cars in storage on top of that.

I understand that . I'd like to keep it but too many coals in the fire & nothing is progressing .

Just had the red convert shied from NC it cost about $500 - $550 .
