inclined to salute that flag on the cop part BUT will give benefit of the doubt to seller who announced his lack of knowledge, so a cop buyer has to ask the right questions.

only thing that says "cop" to me is position of tailpipes. otherwise, might be a decent polara coupe, not many around as monaco75 says, that could be made really nice if its as depicted/described.

I don't buy the story either. Just thought it was a cool car worth mentioning. I LOVE that front end!

Interior looks fairly clean. Do a little metal repair on the roof, a quick re spray, and it would be a fun daily driver.

I get that sentiment. Carmine loves all C's... he even re-homed a '71 Polara once.
