you don't deal with B&E-Bodys, do you:D
I get that they are worth a lot of $ restored, but what do you reckon this DeSoto will end up costing to restore?, may be worth it if it was an Adventurer. I'd say the same about a second generation Charger, the prices for complete rust buckets is just insane.

ooooooooo, Maine! So you know it's Class A toast.
Too bad. Far beyond my skillset and/or patience level.
:(

if it would a rare 58 Adventurer (one of only 350 built) the price would be 20k $ for the same condition.

The phrase "if you can return your investment" very rarely works.
So nearly every project car will bring you in a financial disaster if you reach out a for a perfect car.

I don't like it either (as the 68-70 Charger prices, too) but it is a fact.
Price is set by supply and demand

It does look like a complete car with all the trim. That's half the battle restoring these cars. A good upholsterer can do the interior.

If there's someone out there with the means to restore this or any other badly rusted and neglected old car, good on them and good luck to them.
