I had the carb replaced with the Fit tech injection system the car stalls continuously, low oil pressure, high idle, coolant leak, rear main leaking, a/c defrost inop and tail lights inop

Is the intake manifold a dual plain?

Either replace it with a single plain or put a one inch spacer under it

Unfortunately, sounds like another bolt-on FI system gone wrong . . . for whatever reason. In another forum, a guy had similar done to a Buick Electra and the best the stock motor would do is 8 mpg on the road. Be that as it may.

Pull the engine oil dipstick and see if you small "gas"! IF you do, get an oil and filter change pretty quick, if not sooner!

The other things can be normal stuff to deal with. Just need a factory wiring schematic and possibly a few parts. Too neat of a car model to not get it fixed. (Wondering how they did the fuel pump with a station wagon tank? If they used the underhood pump reservoir-type situation?)

There is a big Mopar club in that area. Who usually has a big annual show each year, for many years. Perhaps that might be an additional source to network with, locally? Google/local event search might yield this information.
