Trunk seal

Could anyone tell me how my trunk seal goes on ? I scraped off my old rotten seal and don,t remember how it was put on. This is a 65 fury 3 and the seal i got is supposed to fit ? I will enclose a picture of trunk and seal.

I can't tell by the photo if you have the correct seal or not. The flat part of the seal gets glued down in the channel on the rear and goes on top of the lip up the sides and around the trunk opening behind the rear window. The seam should be at the middle of the rear. The attached might help even though it is an example of don't trust something that is supposed to fit car without measuring it.

On my web page scroll almost to the end to find "My Christmas present from Paul" Couldn't have any "unfinished" spots. Since those pictures were taken, Paul added on the driver's side panel, three spray bottle holders for detailing cleaners and a towel rack for a selection of microfiber cleaning cloths. The panels really make the trunk pop!
