Did Some Sleuthing on the Reproduction Mopar Washer Bottles for 70-73 C Bodies

I still have a couple of NOS ones. Would trade for 67 Sport Fury NOS or 70 300 NOS.
QQE has plans on making the 69 washer bottle.

I talked with Todd again today and he only added that the owners said they are still getting some quotes from makers of the mold for the washer bottles that will be used in blow molding them.
Are they blow molded or rotational molded?

At first, I thought blow molded, but mounting tabs and detail lead me to thinking it wouldn't be able to be done that way.

Todd used the word "blow molded" but he may not know the difference between the two methods - I don't either but I think I get what you are saying.

Just spotted your article through a link in my article. Thank you for your work and for the very detailed account of it. Todd is also who I talked with....at Quirey, some time last month. He told me the very same thing he told you, but asked that I not publicize the name of their company yet, as they were not able to fully engage on a commitment until this coming summer. Apparently, during the interim, they have decided to commit. That is terrific news. I will now go back to my article and tell those who have not seen your article the good news. Thanks again Saforwardlook. Not Right.

That’s great news on the 69 bottle, I’m happy to know there is enough demand for them to make that bottle. thanks for looking into it !!!

Is the 69 washer bottle different than the rest of the fuselage years?

Yes, '69 C Body's and a few years of the Imperials used a washer bottle that tucked under the fender and had a neck that came up to fill the washer bottle.

I wish they placed the rest of them in a better spot like that. There’s too much engine heat & runaway elbows in that spot. I don’t see the other mopar models having the drying & cracking issues as bad. Maybe you don’t because replacements are more available for theirs. I’ve had a couple formals over the years before my 72. I renember those being not as fragile & better made. Perhaps more heavy duty, learning the mistakes of inner fender well mounting.

Great news. Although mine's ok for now, might as well stock up while the opportunity exists.

Hopefully the new bottles will be available by mail order as well. I can't go all the way to Carlisle just for a washer bottle!

I can't find "Edit Title" on any of my devices or desktop what am I missing?
I just looked at some of my posts and under thread tools the only option is ignore thread. I've changed titles a few times due to my lousy typing. I wonder if there is a time limit to edit the title? I'm going to start a new thread and see.

Started a new thread and was able to edit title. Must be a time limit. UPDATE. Joey says one week. Graham, I'm trying to post a picture but it wont let me.
