Window question

So my driver side window dropped and come to find out the piece that fits through the glass that is like a rubber bushing broke. Not sure what to even call it. Anyone have an idea and if so where to buy it?

Is this the part you are talking about. I got mine from National Moparts, their part number is WH002. I am sure it is easily available in the US as well.

Pretty sure that’s the same thing. The larger portion is inserted into the hole and the pin is pushed in to expand it.
