Ok guy's here is the run down on this car.
This is a southern Texas car.
It is 95% rust free. There are a couple of small spots on this car.
To me what makes this car special is the fact it is all original numbers matching. With only one repaint at some point in its life. The odometer reads 12,462 . I imagine it is 112,462 miles
Came from the Factory with the awesome 360 engine and 727 transmission.
Engine runs good.
Trans shifts out fine.
I have drive this around the yard just to test it out.
What needs to be done depends on what your going to do with it. Example show car needs everything. Driver just need gas tank cleaned go over the brakes and new thermostat and hoses.
Again no rust in trunk,floors,quarters,doors and so on. Nice original ride just needs alittle work. Thanks for looking.

Agreed, flat tires or tires that have sunk into the dirt are a real turn off to prospective buyers.
