The PK21 is the builder. That's for sure. Sure its rough but...I think that car can be put back together.

That's some serious coin for these cars, considering the cop car is a 383 car originally and that's gone too.

Oregon state police mopar cruisers of that era were 440 cars, usually u-code. Most of the county cars were 383 equipped. This cruiser missing the original engine and very rusty is a marginal car to restore and it is way overpriced.

I should have said that in my comment, that I have no comment. Care to comment on my comment?
My no comment is is regards which end of a police car I may or may not have been in.
But now that we are this far along I do not recall being employed by any agency in that line of work.

and it is way overpriced

Rust is the *NEW* Gold out west I guess. It is a 2dr 'Post', don't know how the body rear end of the hardtop will jive with that. Trunk is the least of the worries, after you pull the trim & putty off the PK21 rear window you'll be kicking yourself. Notice how there is no picture of the hardtop rear window area?

Pics for the archives on this one.

Gotta love people that take pictures of cars for sale with parts & junk scattered all over.
Not a good selling point just shows the seller is in the fed up don't care stage.

I don't know that its really that over priced.
Its two titled cars. If the cop car is 2/3 of the value at any price that's 5k. For a running driving car.
Considering the compounding levels of mopar geekdom. Mopar>C body> police car.
Which isa full level beyond my status. I'd rather have the parts car.
If you can buy a project car and turn the key and drive home what would it be worth reasonably?
What's the split? A grand? More? Less?

The trunk on the donor car is toast too, and if you drove the PK21 home and hit a speed bump to fast the rear end will most likely become un-attached!
