Is this a 1959 300 E 413 engine?

Got this weathered 413. On the pad it says MR 413 27806. Looking at 300 site it says that this is a 59 300 engine. It's red with a later blue intake 4v. ID guide from 300 site

Check the valve springs. If it is a 300E, it will have the high tensile dampered springs to go with the high performance camshaft. This engine is the wrong color, it should be black. The inline Carters are missing as is the dual point distributor. 300-E was painted black with a medallion on the valve covers. The MR413 engine is found in '59 Imperials in addition to the 300E, not sure about the rest of the Chrysler line. Photo of the valve springs from the 300E supplement is attached.

Thanks for reply. The different intake caught my eye as to look up number. Got this off 300 site. id. So MR 413 is a common 59 413 pad stamp#?

I am thinking that if the '59 Imperials got this stamping that it was probably pretty common on 413 engines. This engine was not a real high production unit in '59, it was standard in the 300E at 380hp, Imperial and the New Yorker got the 350hp version, the rest of the car line mostly got 383 engines. Another possible ID is that the 380 hp engine had the A32 plugs, the rest got A42 plugs.
