I'm trying to figure out the wheels.
To my eyes, it looks like stock steelies painted silver(?), poverty caps, and chrome trim rings. Yes?

If this well-equipped SF is an N-code and the re-paint does not hide anything (no reason to believe it does), then it should sell at full price and is IMHO underpriced.

Edit (43' later): it's gone. One more data point on fusie C-body prices going up; based on what the pictures show, whoever bought this one got a deal.

was power brakes an option

Wish one would show up at that price in any color but green. Still looks good. What color is this car?

am buying it most likely. no power brakes or ac
Lack of A/C is actually a plus for some. Lack of power brakes is a minus in my book (FWIW, I recently passed on a 1971 Polara sedan in part for that reason), but it should not be a deal breaker. Even without those two options, the car seems like a very good deal. Congrats on moving fast!

Looks like FY6 to me.

would not move on price, needs driver window rubber. no stock air cleaner

Is there a fender tag? Doesn't appear to be on the black cross member.

I have a formal roof on mine. Car is from Montanta/Eastern Washington, so not the wettest place in the world. That rear window just traps water and the channel rots out. My trunk floor, because there was an original trunk mat in the trunk, is now mostly rotted. This might explain the meeting of the trunk extension/drop off with the trunk floor looking like it's separating. If, in fact, that's what you're talking about.

it's a L code engine not N code, might change my mind have till 2 pm

Does it really matter? There's so few of these Sport Furys out there, I don't think anyone really cares who wants one.
plus other things, quarters lower replaced, can tell not taken well care of, been sitting for years, rather pay more for a nicer car.

Maybe I am out of touch but I think the price is too high. It isn't a Sport Fury GT, has a 29 roofline, few options, painted underhood including firewall, flex hoses turn me off and makes me wonder about the rest of the car, no body code plate, 383-2 bbl, drum brakes, a cheap replacement radiator (but looks to be 26" at least when standard one was 22") and more things I could nit pick. But it has what looks like a nice paint job on the exterior, the seats are seemingly redone (and is the Brougham pattern) and maybe the dashpad is nice.

It seems like a weird car to me and I have to wonder what was really original on it. A build sheet would help.
