Len Dawson has a website where you can probably find what you need...it's better if you have the part numbers, but if not he can research for you....he sells NOS.....but he's usually half or less the price of other guys.....you can probably find a lot of trim and emblems for your Polara too...
He has a few used and "shelf worn" parts that are less than his NOS parts....although not a lot....he will list them under the same part number as new with the notation if they are used or shelf worn......

by the way, it is a thumbwheel radio, and looks a lot like the am 8 tracks that went into B body Dodge Chargers and Roadrunners from 1968-70. It would read "Plymouth solid state" on the bezel, if I'm not mistaken...here is a pic from the radio manual for this radio
