Do you have a pic of hubcaps ? Recently ran ad in for sale area and thing there may be some of these available. Not to familiar with '73 specifically and need help to identify correct ones if interested.
Came upon a backyard stash of wheel covers and want to try to sell some to help out an elderly neighbor widower whos selling her home to move in with her daughter. Who knew she had these all these years ?! Most are in very nice condition with shiny unpitted dicast pieces, most of the bases show...
The mounting pattern is correct. Another member in another thread said that due to a 1/8" larger diameter at their base you have to shim/space them on some wheels. Post was not wheel specific to the wheels you asked about. I used them on 10 spoke mirada 15 x 7 alloys with no issues.
Set of (4) in driver condition. Few if any pits, very shiny chrome. Most flaws are in fluted caps so look close. $100 shipped to lower 48. Prefer Paypal
I remember that tool when I worked for Winston tire company decades ago. Appreciate the link. Did not realize these were still available, and for a reasonable cost.
Gorgeous 300 azblackhemi ! I'm a fan of these alloy slotted wheels as my use demonstrates. I was forced to investigate different center caps because the correct aluminum ones were really beat.
Great picture amazinblue82. Shows all the pieces on a W23 option wheel. Best thing is it shows the difference in the ID of the trim ring vs the OD of the center so you can visualize the amount of rim exposed. That visually clarifies the (non) cover the OP referred to.
I'd bet money they are. They have both external hub cap nubs and internal holes on raised bumps for a bolt on center cap. I just acquired a set of these thinking they were 7" wide but were clearly stamped 6.5" wide on rim after tires were removed.
Agree with Mr C above they are not the same wheel but they are dimensionally very similar. You mention a finned cover for the aluminum wheel (W23 in chart above) and that is perhaps a misunderstanding. What you call a finned cover is really several pieces. A bolt on finned, plastic, ring and a...
Very rare and hard to find Chrysler 300 "C" body steering wheel for non-tilt columns. Also used up to '69 on California Highway Patrol cars. One minor crack in base hidden by horn ring (see pic). Very nice horn ring included. $350 shipped to lower 48 states.
