Many thanks for your reply 70 Fury
JB tools say they have international shipping but don't ship paint for some reason?
Great price at $7.40 but can't send to the UK...
Thread revival time please.
SP126 was a lovely colour and much liked by UK resto folks.
Doing a 440 for a friends 66 Polara, so need some engine paint asap.
What's available for export back to the old country (England)
Its a good question indeed!
Upgrade and go faster, but when?
We did the 440ci upgrade from a 383ci and it didn't seem to be that much better.
So we went a little further and got a 512ci and it was really fast, (13.20 in D)!
But it soon wore off, with the bad gas mileage and folks didn't seem...
Wow, that 66 Polara looks awesome indeed.
He said 550 horses but its probably more?
Great to see folks loving their slab sides.
Wagons always look great on the 1320 so good luck with yours Stev.
My Moparmate here in the UK has the only 65 Fury wagon with a 452ci motor.
He wants to run 12's too...
What's it worth update...
We have struck a deal and its $12,000 as we thought.
I'm gonna run her down the 1320 at the Mopar Nats.
After that its back to a 383 and grocery getting again.
Best wishes to all the slab-siders, where ever you are.
Ok then, the slab sides are big but not the biggest.
My Moparmate wants a performance Polara and I think he has one.
Seen a few at the drag strips and he wants the quickest!
Its running 13.20 in drive on 'pump gas' and street tyres.
He has decided to sell the beautiful Polara to me and guess...
Happy New Year Fury fan!
Well done on the Rotor work, I guess most folks are just happy to have anything disc brake.
We struggled with the power booster and getting that set up right, was tricky at best.
Good luck in all you do from John in England
I just checked the Scarebird site and I think its changed the rotors and calipers!
This kit will fit 14'' rims, (the kit we had was for 15'' rims.)
1977 Cordoba rotors and 1999 celebrity Calipers.
Happy New Year Hottody!
Loving the Polara and in great condition indeed.
I forgot about Hagerty valuations and nearly always 'on the money'.
We fitted 'Scarebird' Ford power discs to David's Polara and they were a very good modification.
Struggled with the exhaust, so had a stainless steel...
Well said Patrick and a happy New Year to you and your Mopar!
Building and fitting the 512ci engine was a truly magical time for me and David.
Its a real shame that life has got in the way for him and his lovely Polara...
I was hoping he was able to get his Mojo back after Covid, by alas...
