I would think firm feel would have the parts you need. They would probably take your steering box as a core on a rebuilt unit.

To do it right you will also need the steering column to get rid of the shifter and the prnd21 indicator.

Unbolt it from the floor as a unit. Then pull the belt out of the shroud. That is the easy part. If you have the automatic retractors you must find the end with a small hole in it. I am guessing you are referring to the package tray. If it is like my Monaco you remove the seat bottom first. There are 2 bolts that hold the seat at the bottom. The seat then slides down and out. To reinstall just reverse the procedure.

That looks like someone went to the local fabric store and got a piece of material and convered the package tray. You can do the same or just remove what is there. The hardboard with the speaker grates in them is how it came from the factory. People usually covered them with material when...
