I understand from this thread that 65 was the first year that Chrysler designated their full size cars as C-bodies. I didn't know that. Did they use A-body in 1960 for the Valiant compacts and B-body for the intermediates starting in 62 or did that start in 65 as well. Just interesting...
C-bodies
Hi Stan; that is a nice New Yorker but it didn't have my name on it. I really like the first generation C-body but not a huge fan of the ones that came after except for the 71-72 Fury III and Dodge Polara and Monaco. Just my opinion and this may be sac religious or something like that...
I have two project cars that I don't think I am going to do. I would talk about trading either one for any one of the following 4 cars. A 1965 Plymouth Fury III 2 door hardtop, a 1967 Plymouth Fury III 4 door hardtop, a 73/74 Dodge Charger SE Brougham, or a 73/74 Plymouth Satelite Sebring Plus...
Thank you
Thank you for the welcome. Nice cars deserve nice compliments. I understand how much effort is required to keep a car nice and I appreciate that you chose to share it with anyone who cares to look. Gregg
Hello
Hello Stan; we will have to get together soon. I have yet to make it to Sebring so far and I do want to see the track. I don't have a C-body yet but hope to add one to my fleet in the near future. I have part of the alphabet soup covered. I have a few A-bodies, A pair of B-bodies, A few...
F-bodies
Thanks for the welcome. As far as the F-bodies are concerned I think they are very nice cars that don't get much respect. One can't talk about F-bodies without also talking about the J and M bodies as well. I don't know why Chrysler seperated the F body and the M body because from the...
I would like a 1965 Plymouth Fury III 2 door hardtop. It needs to have a good body and I don't care what motor size. I would also be interested in a 1967 Plymouth Fury 4 door hardtop with a good body and would prefer a 318 or a 73-74 Dodge Charger SE Brougham or a 73-74 Plymouth Satellite...
Forgotten Fury Abuse
I can't believe you guys forgot about that other extremely rare Fury. Which one you ask? Well the Sports Fury III. How can you possibly leave that one alone? Total injustice there. Hehe. Gregg

Gotta love a wagon
I love wagons too and even the things that bumped them out of the way. I will post pics when I figure out how. I have a few modern "wagons". I have a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Limited. The kids love it and I have to admit I don't mind it either. I also have a 1995 Chrysler...
When I was younger I had a 68 Sport Fury 2 door hardtop with a 318 and an auto on the floor. It had a white bucket seat interior and was the same color blue as yours with a black vinyl top. I traded it for a 76 Volare. I could still kick myself for that blunder. Thanks for sharing your car. Gregg
Nice Polara. Thanks for sharing. Personally I'm not thrilled with the wheel and tire choice. I would have chosen the later model C-body rally wheel with a nice whitewall. That is my choice but I don't own it. Thanks Gregg
