    No it is not the wheel cylinder or oil leak if it was any of them the single wheel would grab and maybe lock up , all wheels are real touchy . Could be the vacuum booster also . Thanks for your comments and thoughts

    Commando1, yes I know what you mean, however unfortunately dealers are in the old car business to make money and there is always someone who wants a car bad enough they will buy it. My philosophy is Buy high and sell low a beautiful Chrysler 300 BTW.
