  • yeh...its just difficult to decide which advice to go with because I don't have "45 years" of experience on Chrysler cars. I haven't even been alive that long. I know all are trying to be helpful tho.

    Snotty...so your using a pwr drum booster with your disc brakes then? No problems?
    I really don't want to mess with mine if it will get the job done.

    Yes, I did not change my booster an have had no problems using it. I was warned, yelled at, told I was going to DIE if I didn't swap it. I've had no probables.

    I love the advice some of the people can give, but there are zealots out there for whom their experience is the only acceptable reality. I was told the same about using Ford wheels - my wheels would sheer off within a week!!!! They've been on for over 11 years with no problems.

    Now, would using a disk-brake booster be better? I would not argue against such a question. Is it absolutely necessary? Not to me.
