Kerrisdale, BC. The building doesn't seem to exist, but the Harley Servi-Car is still around.
I did find some more interesting stuff about the dealership when I was searching. The owner sounds like an interesting guy. 'Nicked' reveals the legend of Nick Lucas

I remember when every corner gas station had one of these Jeeps for plowing snow. The CJs usually had the steel accessory roofs instead of the cloth roofs on these.

And back in the day the stations that my dad worked at the Jeeps were always of the flat fender type.
