O.K. folks;what we have here is a C body who wants to be a B body, lookin forward to the replies, eer maybe not.

With that paint job the biggest tragedy on this one is the lack of big block otherwise I love it and could even get used to the scoops but I would probably actively look for the '70 hood to replace it.

Love the paint, despise the damn SuperBee scoops and butt stripe...at least, it doesn't have a Bee in the stripe! Hell, I even like the painted Cragars! This is a pretty decent ride.

looks great to me!

Too bad it's only a 318.... unless it was a Poly 318 bored and stroked to 400+ CI then it would be awesome!

the phat's in the back fill in the fenderwells nicely, and the painted cragars are different but complimentary to the car, scoops seem a bit to close, inch or 2 further out, the 70 hood, would be a worthwhile addition, just paint it black to match butt stripe. No interior pics. that hurts! Too pricey don't think it's going anywhere.

Either keep the hood and black it out so the scoops don't stand out so much or find the bumpy hood and paint it to match the car. With that engine and those tall *** tires I hope it's at least geared to get out of its own way.

Yeah...I'd remove the scoops, fill the attachment holes and paint the hood matte black. With the black top, butt stripe and wheels, that would look pretty damn nice!

Love that color. The black stripe, wheels, scoops look nice on a dark color like that. I'd probably search for a 1970 hood though, paint it black with no scoops. 383 would help in selling the car, the 318 may turn people away. Great car though, for sure.

I like the paint too. 85K on a 318 and hood scoops wouldn't kill the deal for me. $8500 might be a fair price, if very little rust repair and all body panels are straight. I'd rather replace an engine than pay for bodywork.

if you can't say anything nice about a car keep quiet.
I am really really quiet about this one

We could quietly and politely say, "Unfinished Project." Disappointing that it looks like they didn't paint the door sills. Makes me wonder about floors and subframes.
