If it is the same as a '67 - '68 Fury I have a new aftermarket switch that is exactly like the original and an NOS switch that I would sell.

Oh if only that switch WAS the same as for a '67-68 Fury..... is it tilt/telescopic wheel, or regular. The switch is different for each........

The headlight switch? how does the different columns make a difference?

Alan

Sorry to confuse, I was thinking of the turn signal switch, I think the headlight switch is much easier to come by.........

A different part number is shown for the Imp. The rest of the C’s show the same part number.

Since I created confusion earlier, here are part numbers that MAY help, from my 1967 parts catalog, Jan. 1968 edition, section 8-53-270.

Headlight switch for Imp has part # 2809 048
for Chrysler has part# 2809 083

both of the above are withOUT sentinel

In looking at the Chrysler and Imperial switches on eBay it appears to me that the Chrysler switch is the same as the Fury switch but that the Chrysler switch uses a short harness that attaches to the back of the headlamp switch. The terminals on the back of the switch appear to be in the same place.

The terminals on the Imperial switch also appear to be in the same place as on a 67 - 68 Fury switch but have the wires soldered on instead of using female spade terminals or the Chrysler wiring harness. The Imperial switch also does not the two mounting ears that the Fury and Chrysler switches have.

I wish the photos were better in those eBay auctions. Below are photos of the back of a brand new old stock Echlin brand replacement headlamp switch that is identical to the Chrysler part. I would not be surprised if Echlin was the switch supplier for these switches.
